J&G Grill – Deer Valley, Utah

Situated in the St. Regis hotel in Deer Valley (just voted one of the top 10 hotels with “stunning views” on TripAdvisor.com), this is a real high class place.
The décor is wonderful, service very professional and most importantly – the food is top notch.  On a short ski vacation I took in December I tried this place. We chose the tasting menu, which offers very good value. The highlight of the meal was the Grilled Clarks Farm Lamb Rack (see picture).

If you are in any of the resorts around Park City, Utah, you owe yourself a visit to this wonderful restaurant!
