Di Wine, Varna, Bulgaria - a great culinary experience

I had the great pleasure of dining at this wonderful eating establishment on my recent visit to the Black Sea area of Bulgaria. It was recommended to me by a business acquaintance who said it was "the best restaurant in Bulgaria". Well, it is definitely a strong candidate!

The manager of the restaurant, who is also the sommelier, has twice won the award for best sommelier in Bulgaria. The Chef and Pastry Chef have won awards for their respective responsibilities.

The restaurant has a great wine cellar which features wines from around the world and a rare selection of Bulgarian wines.

While offering a nice variety of dishes, the place specializes in high quality beef cuts. I had a Kobe style steak for my main course (see picture) which was a delight.

If you are in the area – this place deserves a try.
